With a deep passion for helping leaders discover their authentic selves and build teams that are not only effective but also fulfilled, we set out to change the way people approach leadership.
We have found that the more we invest in healthy leaders, the more we can transform workplaces into environments where people feel valued, inspired, and driven by purpose.

With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, James has 15+ years of leading teams, coaching, and public speaking experience. James focuses on activating people as they discover and maximize their unique leadership potential. James is a leader of leaders and pulls the best out of people. He believes that every person has a leader within and his mission is to help them discover it for themselves.
Lori Burke
Co-Founder/Lead Growth and Development Coach
Described as a “strategic pioneer,” Lori has devoted her life to championing others to discover the power of courage, belief and true vulnerability.
Lori’s focus has been counseling, mentoring, and strategic coaching for 15+ years. Her belief in people is authentic, contagious, and unmatched. What drives Lori’s work is the passionate belief that every person has greatness within. Her ability to strategically see the root of a problem and the path forward to a solution is one of her greatest gifts.

Leadership Coach
Tinasha, often hailed as a “reader of people and Queen of clarity,” has a gift for empowering creatives and leaders to not only recognize and embrace their authentic selves but also to step confidently into the power of their own hero’s journey. With a keen ear for listening and a sharp strategic mind, she creates spaces where growth and activation flourish.
Armed with Bachelor’s & Master’s-level degrees in Producing, Directing, and Story Creation, Tinasha brings over 14 years of rich experience in leadership, mentorship, coaching, speaking, and teaching. Her dynamic expertise spans a diverse range of industries, including coaching, education, and entertainment—her personal favorites. Fun fact: Tinasha is a Heartland Regional Emmy-nominated film director. Her deep love for human stories drives her to dive into the life narratives of the leaders and creatives she coaches, helping them unlock and author the most powerful stories their lives are calling them to tell—personally, relationally, and professionally.
Andrew Heiligenthal
Leadership Coach
Andrew is a serial learner, listener and question-asker driven by the passion to unlock and empower individuals and teams. With 15+ years in people development, he brings leadership experience from for-profit, non-profit, social service, and higher education environments. He has a Masters in leadership, and is currently completing a second Masters to provide clinical counseling and further his expertise in organizational and personal health and wellness. He is also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. As a one-on-one development specialist, Andrew employs a compassion-oriented, curiosity-driven approach to spark breakthrough and innovation. He is motivated by the belief that every person is capable of profound growth and wholeness, and he has made it his mission to help others realize that potential.
